【宣院筆記—腰部按摩操有兩種做法】
腰為腎之府,常做腰眼按摩,可防治慢肌勞損、腰酸背痛等症。兩手掌對搓至手心熱後,分別放至腰部,手掌向皮膚,上下按摩腰部,至有熱感為止。可早晚各一遍,每遍約200次。此運動可補腎納氣。
兩手握拳,手臂往後用兩拇指的掌關節突出部位,自然按摩腰眼,向內做環形旋轉按摩,逐漸用力,以至酸脹感為好,持續按摩10分鐘左右,早、中、晚各一次。 宣印學院~祝大家健康^‿^歡迎分享
